Obiettivi formativi
Il laboratorio si propone di presentare agli studenti metodi di ricerca quantitativi e di fornire loro fondamenti metodologici per l’analisi di dati usati in ambito criminologico e forense.The lab introduces to quantitative research methods and focuses on the methodological basics for data analysis in the criminological and forensic field.

Ci si aspetta che gli studenti apprendano l’utilizzo del software per l’analisi dei dati SPSS per rispondere a quesiti applicati all'intervento in ambito psicoforense, al fine di conoscere il contesto, identificare i bisogni, valutare l'efficacia delle azioni.

Al termine del laboratorio lo/a studente/essa dovrà saper descrivere i criteri cui riferirsi per codificare i dati rilevati con un questionario e i criteri da usare per condurre analisi statistiche elementari.

Al termine del laboratorio lo/a studente/essa dovrà saper codificare i dati rilevati con un questionario strutturato e condurre analisi statistiche elementari sui dati rilevati in ambito psicoforense.
Abilità comunicative
Al termine del laboratorio lo/a studente/essa dovrà saper utilizzare il linguaggio tecnico della metodologia della ricerca al fine di presentare i risultati di analisi statistiche condotte in ambito psicoforense.
It is expected that the students will learn to use the data analysis software SPSS to answer questions related to intervention in the psychoforensic area, with the aim of knowing the context, identifying the needs and evaluate the efficacy of the actions.
Knowledge and understanding
At the end of the lab, the students should be able to describe the criteria used to code data gathered through questionnaires and criteria used to run basic statistical analyses.
Applied knowledge and understanding
At the end of the lab, the students should be able to code data gathered through questionnaires and to run basic statistical analyses using psychoforensic data.
Communication skills
At the end of the lab the students should know to use the technic language of research methodology to report the results of statistical analyses carried out with psychoforensic data.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Fatto salvo l'obbligo di frequenza dell'attività laboratoriale che non può essere inferiore al 75% delle ore previste, la verifica dell'apprendimento avverrà attraverso la valutazione del rapporto di ricerca. L'esito finale sarà "approvato" o "non approvato".Students must attend at least 75% of the activities to access the final evaluation. The final assessment will be based on the evaluation of the research report. The final score will be "passed" or "not passed".
