Obiettivi formativi
1. L’insegnamento introduce lo studente allo studio dei temi inerenti la psicosessuologia in ambito clinico e forense. 2. Ulteriore obiettivo riguarderà il far conoscere agli studenti nozioni teoriche relative all’abuso e all’aggressione sessuale e informazioni relative alla prevenzione e al trattamento. 3. Al termine dell'insegnamento lo studente deve aver sviluppato un pensiero critico che permetta di riflettere sulle conoscenze acquisite.
1. The course will deal with the description of aspects related to the psycho-sexology in clinical and forensic context. 2. Another objective concerns to provide students with theoretical knowledge about sexual abuse and aggression, and information related to prevention and treatment. 3. At the end of the course the student must have developed a critical thinking that allows to reflect on the acquired knowledge.

Risultati dell'apprendimento attesi
Al termine dell’insegnamento lo studente sarà in grado di utilizzare le conoscenze apprese nell’ambito della psicosessuologia clinica e forense e di dimostrare di aver acquisito alcune conoscenze di base relative ai principali disturbi psicologici dell’area sessuale e ai problemi relazionali.
At the end of the course the student will be able to use the knowledge learned in the context of clinical and forensic psycho-sexology and demonstrate the acquisition of some basic issues related to the main psychological disorders and relational problems within the sexual area

Modalità di insegnamento
L'insegnamento si articola in 24 ore di didattica frontale.
Nell'a.a. 2020/21 l'insegnamento si svolgerà online in modalità sincrona con lezioni in diretta streaming su piattaforma Webex. Prima dell'inizio del corso verrà pubblicato un avviso con le istruzioni e i link per seguire le lezioni.
The course consists of 24 hours of lecture lessons.
In the academic year 2020/21 teaching will take place online in synchronous mode with live streaming lessons on the Webex platform. A notice will be published before the course starts with instructions and links to follow the lessons.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
L’accertamento della preparazione avverrà in forma orale. All’esame lo studente dovrà dimostrare di avere una preparazione coerente con gli obiettivi formativi dell’insegnamento. In particolare, dovrà dimostrare di aver sviluppato le conoscenze relative al tema dell’abuso e dell’aggressione sessuale, in termini di inquadramento teorico, di prevenzione e di relazioni peritali nelle cause matrimoniali in materia di problematiche psicosessuali.
IMPORTANTI AGGIORNAMENTI SULLE MODALITÀ DI CONDUZIONE DEGLI ESAMI PER VIA TELEMATICA
In concomitanza con l'emergenza COVID-19, ed in ottemperanza al decreto rettorale rep. 1097/2020 del 20/03/2020, gli esami si terranno secondo le modalità più sotto indicate
Nelle date della sessione invernale (appelli di gennaio e febbraio 2022):
- L'esame si svolgerà utilizzando la piattaforma di tele-conferenza Webex.
- La commissione sarà formata di almeno 2 docenti, e ciascun esame si terrà in presenza di almeno uno studente auditore.
- Le date rimarranno invariate rispetto a quelle già calendarizzate.
- L'ordine di interrogazione dei candidati sarà definito sulla base dell’ordine di registrazione.
L’esame consisterà in un colloquio orale in cui si valuteranno:
- la comprensione dei contenuti delle lezioni;
- i contenuti dei testi d’esame.
Student’s preparation is assessed through an oral exam. At the exam the student must prove to have a suitable preparation to course objectives. In particular, he must prove to have developed the knowledge about sexual abuse and aggression, in terms of theoretical framework, prevention and expert reports in matrimonial matters relating to psychosexual problems.
IMPORTANT UPDATES ON THE METHODS OF CONDUCTING THE TESTS VIA TELEMATICS
In conjunction with the COVID-19 emergency, and in compliance with the rectoral decree rep. 1097/2020 of 03/20/2020, the exams will be held as indicated below
On the dates of the winter session (exam sessions of January and February 2022):
- The exam will take place using the Webex tele-conference platform.
- The commission will be made up of at least 2 teachers, and each exam will be held in the presence of at least one auditor student.
- The dates will remain unchanged compared to those already scheduled.
- The interrogation order of the candidates will be defined on the basis of the registration order.
The exam will consist of an oral interview in which the following will be assessed:
- understanding the contents of the lessons;
- the contents of the exam texts.

Programma
Una parte dell’insegnamento tratterà il tema dell’abuso sessuale di minori sia per quanto riguarda l’inquadramento teorico sia la prevenzione e il trattamento. Saranno approfondite anche l’aggressione sessuale e le problematiche relazionali dei sex offenders. Verrà inoltre trattato il tema della redazione delle consulenze tecniche in relazione alle cause di nullità e di dispensa matrimoniale connesse a problematiche psicosessuali.
Part of the course will deal with the issue of sexual abuse of children as regards the theoretical framework, the prevention and the treatment. Sexual aggressions and relational problems of sex offenders will be discussed. Another part will deal with the issue of preparation of technical advices related to the suits of marriage nullity and exemption related to psychosexual problems.
